Long Horn Sirloin - The English Longhorn is regarded as the oldest pure breed of cattle in England. It is known for its taste and ability to convert its food into lean meat and muscle and has less of a covering of fat than many of the other traditional breeds.
Dry Aged Rump Steaks- These Rump Steaks boast a dense texture and rich flavours. These steaks are also particularly lean, with ours sourced exclusively from grass fed herds, reared to full maturity to promise real character, before being dry aged matured by our Master Butcher, to enhance the qualities of the natural meat.
Grass Fed Beef Burger- Featuring the best dry aged grass fed beef, using the very best beef. The grind is very course which produces a meatier texture and an incredible flavour. Gently hand pressed into shape to retain a wonderful texture throughout the burger.
