1kg x Dry Aged Beef Short Ribs (4-6 Portions when slow cooked)
The beef short rib is renouned for its excellent meat quality. The rib bones impart flavour into the meat through long slow cooking. Beef shortribs are one of our favourites and we love to serve them braised as an alternative to a roast or slow cooked and then grilled on a BBQ.
Himalayan pink salt bricks are used within our dry ageing room to infuse a more intense flavour in the meat. This is not the only benefit. The salt bricks actually act as a natural anti-microbial because of their chemical components. This helps to kill bacteria in the dry ageing room meaning we can age our meat for longer.
