Harry is the owner and creator of Bone and Block. He remains optimistic (and usually happy) in the the busiest and toughest of services. Harry comes from Co.Cork, Ireland where he started his career working with Richard Milnes and Conrad Gallagher. He moved to the UK in 2009 where he trained under Michelin star chefs Jason Atherton, Simon Radley & Paul Askew.
Jack is Liverpool born and bred. He has been with Bone and Block since day one. We know him as "Mr Positivity" due to his drive, charisma and stamina. These are only a few of his qualities which make him a valuable member of the team. He leads from the front day in day out constantly striving to deliver the best.
Derek joins the team in August. He is the Virgil Van Dyk of Bone and Block. He brings a wealth of experience, consistency and discipline to the team which has helped to strengthen the back bone. He has created a number of dishes which feature on the menu including the Ham Hock Crumpet with Paprika Hollindaise & The Reuben.
