1 x 1kg 60 Day Dry Aged T-Bone Steak
The T-Bone steak is a showstopper for and special occasion. Thickly cut across the bone it comprimises of one Fillet and one Sirloin joined by a bone wich will add flavour and give the meat a better texture when cooked. This steak is dry aged for 60 days wich will increase the meaty flavour even more. This is our absolute favorite steak. Many of our team claim to be able to eat one of these on their own!
Himalayan pink salt bricks are used within our dry ageing room to infuse a more intense flavour in the meat. This is not the only benefit. The salt bricks actually act as a natural anti-microbial because of their chemical components. This helps to kill bacteria in the dry ageing room meaning we can age our meat for longer.
